1. Promotion Period

The Promotion is valid for written quotations issued and accepted by HSS between 01/03/2026 - 31/03/2026. HSS reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Promotion at any time without notice.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a price match:

a) The competing quotation must be issued by a New Zealand-registered company operating lawfully within New Zealand.
b) The quotation must be current and dated within 90 days of submission to HSS.
c) The quotation must be provided in full, in writing, including all specifications, engineering details, and inclusions.
d) The project must be for a new steel shed kitset supplied within HSS’s standard serviceable delivery regions.

3. Comparable Specification Requirement

The competing quotation must be directly comparable in all material respects, including but not limited to:

• Overall shed dimensions (length, width, and wall height)

• Engineering design standards and applicable wind/snow zone compliance

• Structural steel grade and gauge

• Cladding profile and material specification

• Door types, quantities, and dimensions

• Window specifications

• Bracing systems

• Fixings and structural components

• Included engineering documentation

• Delivery scope

HSS reserves the sole discretion to determine whether a competing quotation is materially comparable.

Any variance in engineering standard, structural specification, material grade, compliance level, or durability will render the competing quotation non-comparable.

4. Exclusions

The Promotion does not apply to:

• Clearance, liquidation, or discontinued stock

• Second-hand or pre-fabricated relocatable buildings

• Labour-only contracts

• Non-engineered or non-consented structures

• Quotes that exclude required engineering, compliance, or consent documentation

• Special trade pricing, bulk developer pricing, or related-party pricing

• Freight or site-specific delivery costs

• Site works, foundations, slab preparation, or construction labour​

5. Freight and Site Conditions

Freight, delivery access constraints, regional surcharges, and site-specific engineering requirements are excluded from price match comparisons and will be assessed separately.

6. Approval and Discretion

All price match approvals are subject to written confirmation by HSS management.

HSS reserves the absolute right to:

• Decline any price match request

• Adjust pricing based on engineering review

• Amend or withdraw the Promotion at any time

• Refuse requests deemed commercially unviable​

7. Final Contract

Any approved price match is subject to execution of a formal supply agreement and standard HSS terms of trade.
